Cup Tower Struggle

Cup Tower Challenge is a fun and educational children's game in which children aim to create the highest tower by stacking cardboard or plastic cups without knocking them over. This activity can be easily implemented at home and at school; It improves fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, focus and teamwork in preschool and primary school children.

How How to Make and How to Play?

  • Cardboard or Plastic Cups: (10 to 50 pieces, depending on age group)
  • A Flat and Stable Surface: (Table or a clean floor)
  • Stopwatch / Timer: (Optional for races against the clock)
  • Rubber Rubber and Ropes: (Optional for group work and difficult variations. (depending)
  • Race Against Time: The one who can stack the most cups in a row within a certain period of time (for example 1 minute) wins.
  • Tyre and Rope Challenge (Team Game): A group of 4 people is given 4 ropes with a rubber band tied in the middle. Without touching the cup with their hands, the children simply pull and loosen the ropes to carry the cups via the tire and build the tower. This variation is a perfect example of teamwork.
  • Blind Blind Tower: Children try to build the tower with their eyes closed, following directions.
