Paint the Pine Cone: Paint the pine cone completely with green paint and let it dry.
Cut Out the Cardboard Pieces: Cut out the curved head and neck, tail, and four legs of the dinosaur from green cardboard. Cut out the spines and toenails from blue cardboard and glue them onto the green pieces.
Add the Facial Details: Glue on the googly eye to the head, and draw the mouth and nostrils with a pencil.
